MOXIE PRODUCTS

Good question, Moxette! Sometimes it’s a bit of trial and error, but we’ll do our best to help you along. We offer a selection of period products like liners, pads and tampons,which are designed to absorb menstrual flow, and menstrual cups, which are designed to collect it; plus a heap of other self-care must-haves to help you through your toughest period days (and all the days in between). Here’s a quick run down:

PERIOD PRODUCTS

Liners (like those in our Moxie Organics range) are great for those days just before, as back-up during, or the light days after your period.

Our regular pads are perfect for period week during the daytime, and our overnight pads are ideal for helping you sleep tight through the night (they’re a little longer in length to catch those pesky side/front/back leaks whilst you’re lying down). Our pads and liners are made with biodegradable organic cotton and are wrapped in a compostable film, for a planet friendly(er) period.

Tampons are a super convenient alternative to pads as they are worn inside the body and are great if you’ve got an active lifestyle. Moxie tampons are currently available in Regular (for medium flow) and Super (for heavy flow) absorbencies. It’s important that you always use the lowest possible absorbency for your flow, so as to reduce the risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS).

Menstrual cups are designed to collect menstrual flow inside the body and can be re-used over and over (and over!). They're a great sustainable alternative to period disposables and are also super convenient to wear and carry (ours comes with a unique purse-worthy pod, for hygienic storage).

The best quality materials we can find!

We have two types of tampons available in our range: our ‘Classics’, which are made with rayon fibres, a polyethylene/polyester cover and a cotton string; and our ‘Organics’, which are made with 100% biodegradable organic cotton from cover, to core, to string. Our Organics tamps are also Australian Certified Organic (ACO) and Vegan Australia Certified.

Both types of tampons are as efficient as each other in terms of absorbency and still carry the same risks associated with Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS); it’s simply a matter of user choice.

Our Moxie Organics pads and liners are made with biodegradable organic cotton, with a super absorbent core, and come individually wrapped in a compostable film. They are also Vegan Australia Certified.

Our reusable menstrual cups are made from 100% medical-grade silicone that's latex, BPA and plastic free (they’re also Vegan Australia Certified!).

We don’t use any harsh chemicals, pesticides or fragrances in our products.

Our outer packaging and lil’ tinnies are either conveniently curb-side recyclable, or reusable.

Absolutely not! We love our lil’ furry friends.

Our Moxie Organics period care range and intimate wipes, as well as our Moxie Menstrual Cups, are proudly Vegan Australia Certified.

We do! Meet Moxie Postpartum Pads... extra long and extra absorbent, complete with reusable warming and cooling gel pack that easily slots into the hidden pocket at the back of the pad to help soothe the perineum and surrounding areas post-birth. (Genius, hey?).

Absolutely – we don’t record or store any of your card details.

Stress less, Moxette – just tell us your email addy and we’ll hook you up with a new password. You can also re-set your password (select 'forgot password' from the login page) and our site will automatically email you instructions on how to create a new one. Any problems, just email us at orders@moxie.com.au

Updating your deets is easy-peasy. Simply log in to your account and update any info you need to. Just remember to hit ‘save’!

AUSTRALIA

As of January 1st 2019, period products (like pads and tampons) do not incur GST in Australia and so we do not charge GST on these items within Australia. All other products, 'Moxie must-haves' and kits/gift boxes that include non-period products do incur GST, as applicable by law. The applicable GST amount will be shown at checkout.

REST OF THE WORLD

Duties and taxes are not included in pricing for international buyers and may be applicable, charged and payable upon delivery to your local customs department, depending on the delivery location and the final value of the goods. Please note that any duties and taxes payable upon import are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes you may be liable for.

We offer discount codes from time to time that you can use on your next purchase. Here's some important info:

- Your discount code must be entered at checkout for the discount to be applied to your order. Once payment has been processed, we are unfortunately unable to apply discounts.

- Some discount codes may not be eligible on all products on our e-store, or some inclusions may apply. Please contact us if you are unsure about your particular code.

- Only one discount code can be used at a time.

- Discount codes aren’t eligible on sale items, items already reduced or existing subscriptions.

We try our best to ensure that your Moxie chocolate gets to you in one piece, but unfortunately we cannot control the post, or the weather.

If we become aware of particularly hot weather, we will delay shipping where possible (we'll let you know if we do), or, will swap your chocolate out for another item, instead.

We do! We currently ship internationally from our HQ in Melbourne, Australia, to all around the globe.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All Australian e-store orders are shipped via eParcel, with tracking. Shipping rates are as follows - just make your preferred selection at checkout:

Please note that shipping rates are calculated on orders after any discounts or discount codes have been applied.

Please note that the cut-off time for same day express shipping is 1pm AEST Mon - Fri (you must order by that time for your order to be shipped on the same business day).

Otherwise, we aim to ship your order on the same or following business day. You’ll received tracking details as soon as your parcel has left our warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL (ALL OTHER COUNTRIES)

We now ship WORLDWIDE (hooray!) - shipping rates and charges will be automatically calculated at checkout depending on your delivery location and shipping selections.

Please note that international shipping rates do not include duties and taxes, which may be payable upon arrival to your selected destination. Contact your local customs office for more info.

PLEASE NOTE: The below timings don't include public holidays, and may vary during extended holiday periods like Christmas. See theShipping and Delivery page for further info during these times.

AUSTRALIA

Regular eParcel post: your order should arrive within 3 - 5 business days.

Express eParcel post orders should arrive within 1 - 2 business days.

Subscriptions will arrive according to the schedule you’ve set them to arrive, but in line with the above once despatched from our warehouse.

You'll receive tracking details via email as soon as your parcel has shipped (click the link in the email to track your parcel on the Aus post website).

NEW ZEALAND

You're not too far away from our HQ (just across the pond!) and so your order should arrive with you in a couple of business days from when you placed your order, depending on the shipping method you have selected.

Subscriptions will arrive according to the schedule you’ve set them to arrive, but in line with the above once despatched from our warehouse.

You'll receive tracking details via email as soon as your parcel has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL (ALL OTHER COUNTRIES)

At checkout, you'll receive an option to select Economy Air, which takes approximately 7 business days to arrive, or Priority shipping, which takes approximately 2 - 3 business days. Please note that shipping costs will vary depending on your selection and do not include local duties and taxes. You'll receive tracking details via email as soon as your parcel has shipped.

You sure can! Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email to let you know it’s on its way and with a tracking number.

For AU orders, visit the Australia Post website and input the tracking number to trace your order’s movements HERE.

For International orders, head to the relevant carrier's website you selected at checkout and input your tracking details.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accepts returns, offer exchanges or provide refunds, except where required by law. All sales are final so please choose carefully – we can’t refund or change orders due to a change of mind or if an incorrect purchase was made. We do our best to accurately describe products so please do read the descriptions carefully, and please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need help making your selection. 

If you have an issue with your order, received the wrong item or your order was damaged in any way during transit, please get in touch via orders@moxie.com.au and someone from our customer care team will be able to assist.

PLEEEEASE double check your deets and ensure you enter the correct shipping details at the checkout so that we can get your Box out to you without any hiccups.

If you've entered the wrong shipping address, we'll do our best to help correct it, but there are some instances where we're unable to change it. Here's what you need to know:

- If your order is yet to be despatched from our HQ, we might be able to update your address before it gets sent out. You will know if your order has been despatched when you receive an email alert telling you so. Please email us as soon as you realise the mistake so that we can update your addy if possible (if we tell you we're unable to, we're not being difficult - we really mean it. We promise to help if we can).

- Once an order has been despatched, we unfortunately can’t re-direct it. We have to wait until Aus Post or our International Carrier attempt delivery and if that fails, which it likely will if the address provided at checkout is incorrect, your parcel will be returned to us.

- If your parcel is returned to us, we will get in touch to let you know ASAP. It’s unfortunately not a great situation for all involved; the reality is that returned parcels cost us a ton - we are charged by Aus Post for returns, and simply can’t afford to absorb these and re-delivery costs. You will therefore automatically receive a refund for your original purchase, LESS the original cost of shipping paid by you or us, less an additional $11.21 return fee (as charged by Aus Post).

If you're yet to receive you order and your tracking info says that it's being returned to us, it may be that your parcel was unable to be delivered due to an incorrect delivery address, or because you did not collect your parcel from a pick-up point (if it was not able to left on premises).

If we made a boo-boo at our end, we'll rectify the situation and get your goods out to you ASAP!

If you entered an incorrect address at the time of checkout, or if your parcel was not collected from a pick-up point and your parcel is returned to us as a result, you will automatically receive a refund for your purchase, LESS the original cost of shipping paid by you or us, less an additional $11.21 return fee. Please note that Australia Post automatically charge us this return fee and unfortunately we can't afford to absorb this cost for incorrect shipping addresses input at the time of purchase/checkout.

If you are yet to receive your parcel, please get in touch with us ASAP so that we can help lodge a missing or late parcel request with therelevant freight carrier.

MOXIE BOX CLUB (SUBSCRIPTIONS)

Moxie Box Club (MBC) is a build-your-own-box style subscription service, designed to deliver all the Moxie you need, when you need it most. No more late night trips to the shops because you're out of tampons!

Select from a wide range of period care, sex care, self care and sweet treats and have them delivered either every 1, 2, or 3 months.

Simply add the products that you want to your Box, select your delivery frequency, and checkout. We'll do the rest.

You can pause, change your selections or cancel your susbscription at any time. Your period, your Box, your choice.

(Please note that Moxie Box Club is currently only available in Australia and New Zealand).

YOU get to choose what goes in your Box, Moxette. Simply add the products (and quantity) you want from the drop-down menus. If you're an existing subscriber, simply login to your account, head to 'Manage Subscriptions' and add or delete the products you do/don't want. It's that easy.

There are a heap of products on offer in Moxie Box Club; from period care, to self-care, sex care and sweet treats - with more being added.

The total cost of your subscription will depend on the products you select. The total cost of your subscription Box is the sum of the indidivual items within it. You only pay for the items you add to your Box, plus shipping where applicable (see shipping deets, below).

Please note that if you subscribe to Moxie Box Club during a sale period, any eligible sale/discounted products will also be discounted, in your first Moxie Box only, and will revert back to their previous non-sale price after the sale period.

Remember: You can change up your product selections (and therefore change the cost of your Box) anytime, all from within your account.

NEW ZEALAND

Shipping is calculated at checkout depending on your location and your chosen delivery method (standard or express post).

You get to select your delivery frequency when you sign up - either every 1, 2 or 3 months. You can change your selection at any time (including your next order date, which will re-set the start date of your delivery cycle), simply by logging into your account and updating your preference under 'Manage Subscriptions'.

You can also 'skip' upcoming orders, too, from the 'Manage upcoming orders' tab, if you decide you don't need a particular Box, or if you want to stretch out your delivery frequency.

Please note that your first Box will be billed as soon as you place your order, and will arrive with you in 3 - 5 business days if you've selected regular post, and 1 - 3 business days if you've selected express post (within AUS). Timing may vary depending on your location. Your next Box will arrive at the frequency you've selected.

You'll receive tracking details via email as soon as your Moxie Box has left our HQ.

Your first order will be billed at checkout and all future subscription orders will be billed at the delivery frequency, or next order date you've selected.

Please note that subscriptions can only be (securely!) paid for using a credit or debit card, as our system needs to be able to re-charge your payments periodically (in line with your chosen subscription frequency).

Upon signing up for a subscription, OR, if you amend your billing details (credit/debit card) at any time, our store may trigger a 'test charge' of AUD $1 to your nominated credit card, to ensure the card is valid. This amount will appear as 'pending' in your transactions list and will disappear in a few days. You won't be charged anything outside of the cost of your subscription, when your billing date is due.

Nope. Simply Build-your-Box, set your preferred delivery frequency (1, 2 or 3 months), sit back and we'll do the rest!

You can change your product selections or delivery frequency at any time.

We'll send you a reminder email a few days before your next Box is due to be billed, in case you want to make any changes to your upcoming Box.

PLEASE NOTE You must have an account in order to be able to sign in and amend your subscription. If you originally checked out as a guest on your first purchase, you may not have an account with us yet.

To create an account, please follow the 'LOGIN' prompts and be sure to use the email address you originally used on your first purchase (so that your subscription history will be attached to your account).

TO CHANGE THE PRODUCTS IN YOUR SUBSCRIPTION:

1. Login to your account (or if you don't yet have one, create one - instructions above).

2. Click 'Manage Subscriptions'.

3. Click 'Products in my subscription'.

4. You can either 'swap' or 'remove' any products you have in your Box for something else that appears on the list and hit 'save'

OR...

if you want to add more products to your subscription, head back to the Moxie Box Club page and click the 'Add to existing subscription' button underneath any products you want to add. EASY!!

PLEASE NOTE:

* Any changes made will not affect your billing or delivery schedule, unless you have opted to ‘pause’ or ‘skip’ any months in your subscription. or, if you have changed your delivery frequency.

* Changes to subscriptions will take affect from your next order.

No problem, Moxette - if you want to add any non-subscription products from our e-store to your next Moxie Box delivery, we can help with that. Just email us at orders@moxie.com.au with the email address your Moxie Box Club subscription is linked to, and the products you would like to add, and we'll be able to action that for you.

You'll receive and be billed for those additional items in/on your next Moxie Box only.

Please note that items will be added to the same order and shipped to the one address.

If you originally went through the checkout process as a 'guest' when you first purchased your subscription, you may not have an account - even though you do have an existing Moxie Box Club subscription.

No stress, Moxette - it’s super easy to create an account and access not only your past
subscription history, but also manage any upcoming orders, too.

Simply click the FORGOT PASSWORD prompt from the login page and follow the prompts once you receive the 'create an account' email. Use your existing email address (the one associated with your subscription) and add a password. Alternatively, send us an email at orders@moxie.com.au and we can send you an account invite link.

Once logged into your account, you’ll be able to make changes to your personal details and any upcoming
subscription orders, too.

You sure can! Log into your account and click 'Manage Subscriptions'. Then, do one of the following...

CHANGE DELIVERY FREQUENCY:

Select 'Change frequency' and choose to receive your Box every 1, 2 or 3 months from the original billing date.

CHANGE NEXT ORDER DATE:

If you want to receive your subscription on a particular date, you can select this under 'Change next order date'. Please note that this will update the date your next Box gets billed and shipped (allow a few days for it to arrive). Your chosen frequency (1, 2 or 3 months) will resume from that date.

SKIP FUTURE BOXES:

If you want to keep your frequency schedule but don't need any more product for now, you can 'Skip' any upcoming orders from the 'Manage upcoming orders' tab. You can also resume these orders at any time.

If you're well-stocked, you can change your delivery frequency, or keep your frequency and even 'skip' specific future orders. Here's how:

Login to your account and select 'Manage Subscriptions', then follow the prompts.

Please note that if a payment has been processed for your next order, you will receive one last Box under the existing conditions. Sorry Moxette, but we're unable to cancel or stop orders in their tracks once they’ve been processed.

Yes you can have multiple subscriptions under the one account/email address, but you can only have one shipping address attached to your account at the any one time. Please also note that shipping for multiple subscriptions is charged separately, as these are treated as separate orders.

Alternatively, you can have multiple subscriptions under different email addresses with different shipping details.

Absolutely! Just add the lucky recipient’s delivery address in the ‘shipping address’ field at checkout.

Please note that you CAN have multiple subscriptions under the one account/email address, but you can only have one shipping address attached to your account at the any one time. Please also note that shipping for multiple subscriptions is charged separately, as these are treated as separate orders.

If your first payment declines, our system will automatically attempt to process the payment again two more times over the next 48 hours. If you have updated or changed your card details within that window, your next subscription order will still arrive by the expected delivery date.

Because our system is so slick and fancy, it will hold back on alerting us that your order is ready to be shipped unless payment is processed… if your card is a bouncer, please investigate ASAP so that we can get your order out to you on time.

Please note that we can’t hold-off payments or change the billing date of your subscription.
